Hello, loves! I hope you're all doing well and enjoying the energy. For many of us, it's been quite strong after last week's Solstice portal and Saturn moving into its retrograde in Pisces.

Last week, high-frequency energies were pouring down that cleared out old and stuck energy while upgrading our Lightbody. We feel nudged (and sometimes very strongly pushed) into alignment with our authentic path. Consider the activations of last week to be a recalibration of our Soul Compass.

Many of you have shared feeling tired, having insatiable hunger, sometimes even for foods that depart from your standard diet, and the need for stillness. Some have mentioned noticing a shift in the flow of time, feeling it speed up or, for others, slow down.

I speak on this last symptom in my latest video, so I will only say that it's not that the pace of life has genuinely changed, but our perception of it has, as many of us are still acclimating the energy and activations from last week.

Choice-let's talk about the power of choice, whether big or small. There's often celebration for choices that you perceive help you land in a situation of pleasure. And then you feel incredible frustration, throw a temper as it were when you find yourself in a situation you deem unfair.

But choices were made, or not, along the way.

That's not to say you are to blame, dear friend. No, no, no need to drown yourself in such a useless feeling.

We ask you to be aware of and curious about the power of choice. To see your life become a beautiful spiral of experience through every choice made or not made.

As a stone drops into the waters of the still lake, every choice creates a ripple, projecting out from the center.

Let me put it this way. If your car breaks down, chances are there was some maintenance, care, or upkeep it didn't receive.

And since all machines are, by nature, prone to failure if not cared for, it should be expected that when it's neglected, the machine will, in fact, cease to run.

Maybe you didn't know how to care for a car, which is quite understandable unless you're a mechanic, schooled as such in the ways of tending to such an intricate machine. It seemed all too difficult a task.

But all the same, explore the power choice played in this here experience.

One path the choice could have been to learn more about your vehicle or ask your Uncle Roy what needs your car had and how often they needed to be tended to. This could have led to you finding the very best service station to tend to the needs of your particular car and even schedule in advance the maintenance it would need to always stay on top of its care.

And maybe the other option was you enjoyed your car and its new car smell! You loved getting into the driver's seat and rolling the windows down, feeling the air through your hair as you sang at the top of your lungs along with the radio as you sailed down the road. Maybe you thought to yourself that the little lights on the car's dash would tell you what it needed and when and that was all there was to it.

Each of these paths is beautiful and has pros and cons. It's not about judging one choice as good and the other as bad. We encourage you to marvel at the power of choice. To become aware of and witness the power of choice as it creates stunning little ripples within your life. Sure, some options may bring a very impactful learning moment, while others bring enjoyment and pleasure.

From your Soul's perspective, they're the same.
